the welcome was not very warm nor friendly - we were handed the key and that's about it. no question asked how our travel was. We went for dinner in the restaurant however the services was overwhelmed...

the unfriendliness of the staff in the pm (except the one man who barely spoke German was trying hard and smiling) - the not existing interest in their guests.
