I've booked hotel with my family and they have given room on third floor, no lift, small room, no cutlery, complementry breakfast was served in polythene with no cutlery. It was just pathetic.

The hotel staff was not cooperative, they took the advantage of my late check in (2AM), demanded extra money from me in cash. I paid for booking online and then i had to pay offline also.
